My “Lazy” Client
He was deeply ingrained in the culture of “more is always better”. This is the mindset that makes leaders burnout.

A client came to me saying that he had achieved all the outward success he’d aimed for by his early twenties..and that he was “lazy”.
Over the course of our sessions he realised (in an embodied way) that the voice telling him that was not his own.
And that he kept believing it because he was deeply ingrained in the culture of “more is always better”.
This is the mindset that makes leaders burnout.
As we explored the nature of the human experience and he experimented with his insights between sessions, that voice started to come less frequently. When it comes now he doesn’t pay much attention to it.
He doesn’t go down that rabbit hole.
YES! You can actually do what you want in this life. Moment to moment.
You can follow life and your inner-knowing.
Not the voice in your head that isn’t yours.
