It started on a lake in Italy, 2017.

Two sisters on a boat in the sunshine, suddenly feeling free from all worries and noise.

Despite the things causing the worry still being there.

A new conversation and a stunning view brought calm.

They knew that they had to bring this impact to others.

The first Reconnect Weekend took place in the Mountains of Madrid in 2018.

Fast forward to the present day and Reconnect is now a team of five, working to bring that sense of calm to as many people as possible, whenever they need it.

Life’s too short not to play.

And we’re better at playing from a place of calm.

We want you to be able to play with the clarity, resilience and creativity you’re made of.

And we believe if we all did that, the world would be a better place for it.

Our Co-Founders

Emma is a transformative coach who helps business leaders sleep more soundly at night. She is an ex stress-addict who helps leaders to reconnect to their natural state of clarity, joy and flow, creating the conditions for you to access game-changing insights.

Jo is a Marketeer, fitness trainer and musician. She is the founder of Refuel, an innovative workout concept that brings together classical music and fitness, which is a core part of the Reconnect experience.

Your team

Marcus was a regular attendee of Reconnect Weekends and found it so impactful he was keen to share it with others. Having successfully scaled a Digital Marketing agency over the last 15 years, Marcus brings his skills in marketing and his network to expand our reach. He also went to school with Emma and Jo almost 30 years ago!

Learning through experience is at the core of Bella’s work both within Reconnect & through her consultancy. Directing our client experience and operations, you and your journey is the centre of Bella’s focus, making sure you have everything you need to have the best possible experience.

Gary is a certified coach, mentor and speaker, with extensive experience in coaching individuals and teams using the 3 Principles paradigm. Gary has coached individuals from various industries and backgrounds, helping them to achieve greater clarity, focus and fulfilment in their personal lives.
