I left work, left everything else at home, I just wanted to be present. I did that this weekend and it’s been an incredible time, I’ve discovered so much about myself, and relationships in general and how I do things. I’ve also been able to laugh innocently like a child over the most stupid things - I don’t remember the last time I did that. You know, that genuine, innocent child, childish laughter where it doesn’t matter, you’re just in that moment and it’s so funny and you’re so happy and it’s just pure joy.
