The Reconnect methodology is underpinned by The Three Principles of Mind, Conciousness and Thought, uncovered by Sydney Banks.
The Three Principles emphasise a universal truth about the human experience, pointing to an innate wellbeing and mental health within you. Other therapies such as NLP and CBT focus on external factors – traumas, behavioural patterns, or dysfunctional thinking, and how these influence a person‘s mental state. The Three Principles assert that mental health is innate and ever-present. You aren‘t broken and there‘s nothing to ’fix’. Instead, psychological issues arise from misunderstanding the nature of thought. Once you realise this, mental clarity and resilience naturally return.
